Payment

All payment are processed securely through Stripe, an internationally recognised and secure payment processing company. We accept most credit cards, bank drafts, cheques and postal orders. For Government funded organisations and schools we can open an account. All orders are cash on delivery unless terms have been agreed on account. All accounts are due within 30 days of invoice. All goods remain the property of Sportsway until the account has been paid in full.

Shipping & Delivery

All items except Kayaks will be delivered within 2 days. Kayaks will be delivered within 4 days.

We endeavour to hold most products in stock however, due to the large turnover of products we cannot always guarantee this. We do however, indicate on the individual products their availability.  Orders will incur a €7.50 delivery charge, although we often offer special free delivery on promotions.

International Delivery

We ship to Ireland, Europe, England the USA and Canada. We use the Irish Post Air Mail Service for international deliveries. During checkout, look for the country you are in and add shipping cost to basket eg “DeliveryUK”, DeliveryCanada” etc. This is an estimate only, if there are large shipping costs due to multiple items we will email you with the quote. You can then decide whether to proceed with the order or not. When we receive your acceptance, we will ship your order without further delay. International Air Mail deliveries generally take up to 14 business days to arrive after despatch, however, due to stricter border security controls they can be held up from time to time in customs, either here in Ireland, or in your country.

Insurance

ALL Irish orders are registered and insured to their full value.

Out of Stock Items

We try to have over 80% of our complete range in stock at all times and the rest of our products on regular back order. However, occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock or completely sold out. In this instance you will be notified when the order is being dispatched with full details.

Indemnity by You

You indemnify us from and against all losses, damages, liabilities or costs directly or indirectly suffered or incurred by us (including as a result of a claim by a third party) due to or arising out of or in any way connected to use of the website. E&OE accepted. While every effort is made is to ensure that pricing is correct on www.ease.ie EASE retains the right to adjust pricing on products made in error or due to fluctuating market factors.

Guarantee

All our products conform to European Safety Standards . If you wish to return any items please call us within 7 days of receiving goods . You will be responsible for re packaging the item and sending goods back to our address in Kilkenny.

Damage and Returns

If you wish to return any items please call us within 7 days of receiving goods, you have 14 days to return the goods to Sportsway. All goods must be returned by the customer, Products must be in perfect condition in origional packaging. When the goods are checked your account will be credited the amount of the product as per the invoice. 

PLEASE NOTE: All returns are the responsibility of the customer until checked into stock. 
There are numerous online couriers eg http://www.parceldirect.ie/ who will arrange collection and delivery of the goods, we are happy to help you find a courier if you are having difficulty. It is very important you package the goods well to ensure safe delivery to our factory in Knocktopher. The company must be advised on any damaged goods within 5 days of delivery.
